Terms of Service

Studio Machine designs and produces videos and content for its clients. The management platform lets our clients and our team plan, publish and track that content on the client's social media accounts, and view the resulting statistics and requests. It is reserved for people we have granted access to.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out with your access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend access in case of use contrary to these terms.

By connecting a Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok account, you confirm you are authorized to do so and you authorize Studio Machine to publish on your behalf the content scheduled in the platform, and to read that account's statistics and public comments. You may withdraw this authorization at any time.

You remain subject to each platform's terms. In particular, by using the YouTube features of our platform, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of data is described in our privacy policy.

You keep all rights to the content you entrust to us. You grant us the licence needed to host it, adapt it to platform formats and publish it on your accounts, solely to provide the service.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights (images, music, trademarks, people shown) and that your content complies with applicable laws and platform rules, including those on advertising, gambling and the protection of minors.

You may not use the website or the platform to distribute illegal, misleading or hateful content or content that infringes others' rights, to attempt to access another client's data, or to circumvent the technical limits of social platforms.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and to publish posts at the scheduled time. However, publishing depends on third-party services (Meta, Google, TikTok) that may refuse, delay, limit or remove content, or change their rules. We do not guarantee the distribution or results (views, sales, requests) of any content.

To the extent permitted by law, Studio Machine is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the platform, nor for decisions made by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

You may stop using the platform and disconnect your accounts at any time. When the engagement ends, your access and data are handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
