The Studio Machine platform
Studio Machine produces videos for its clients. Our management platform then lets our team publish them to those clients' social media accounts at the right time, and measure the results. It is reserved for our clients and our team.
What the platform does
- Editorial calendar: plan each client's posts, day by day.
- Scheduled publishing to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, in each network's format (Reels, Shorts, posts, carousels).
- Campaigns: group posts and track the visits and requests they generate on the client's website.
- Inbox for public comments, so the client can reply to them.
- Statistics: website traffic and campaign results.
How an account is connected
The client connects their own account (Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, YouTube channel, TikTok account) through each platform's official authorization screen. They see exactly which access is requested and can revoke it at any time.
Access is used only to publish content the client has scheduled and to read information about their own accounts. For YouTube: upload scheduled videos (youtube.upload) and read the channel name (youtube.readonly). Nothing is published unless it was prepared and scheduled in the platform.
Your data
Access tokens are encrypted, data is hosted in Canada, and each client only sees their own accounts. Details are in our privacy policy and terms of service.
